The first step is a parent consultation (for child/teen clients) or an initial consultation (for adults). This allows us to clarify concerns, answer questions, and determine whether the practice is a strong fit.
Most individual and family sessions are 45 or 60 minutes. Group sessions are typically 60 minutes.
