Position available: Independent Contractor Psychotherapist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Therapy for Family Psychological Services, LLC of Hinsdale, IL (Hybrid Options Available)

Therapy for Family Psychological Services is a growing private practice dedicated to providing warm, compassionate, and effective therapy to children, adolescents, families, and adults. We are currently seeking one to two licensed therapists who are passionate about collaborative care, cultural humility, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.

About the Role:

We’re looking for skilled, relational clinicians who can provide individual and/or family therapy. Group therapy facilitation is also welcomed. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, the option to work in-person or hybrid, and opportunities for consultation and connection within a supportive team environment.

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be warm, grounded, and compassionate in their clinical approach

• Be excited to collaborate with other therapists and professionals in the community

• Work comfortably with children, teens, families, and/or adults (depending on training and interest)

• Have experience or interest in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, ADHD, ASD, and/or addictions

• Be open to growing a caseload gradually with the support of the practice

• Be committed to inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive care

• Contribute to our team culture of “we’re in this together”

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice independently in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)

• Experience in private practice, schools, or clinical settings preferred

• Interest in working 10–25+ clinical hours per week

• Willingness to participate in team case consultation and occasional outreach effort​
